Lemon Rosemary Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
4 Chicken breasts (with bones and skin)
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 lemons
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasoning (Mrs Dash)
DIRECTIONS
Pre-Heat grill to medium heat
1. Slice lemons into ½ inch round slices
2. Make slit underneath skin on topside of each chicken breast and pull back from meat
3. Put 1 sprig of rosemary, then 2 lemon slices underneath the skin of each chicken breast
4. Pull skin back over lemon and rosemary
5. Rub olive oil and Mrs Dash over skin of each chicken breast
6. Evenly distribute garlic salt and pepper.
7. Cook chicken skin side down for 5 mins. Flip over and cook for an additional 15-20 mins until juices run clear or when internal temperature is 160°
8. Remove from grill and tent with foil, allow to sit for 5 mins.
