Chewy Fruit & Almond Granola Bars

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg
1 egg white
¾ c light brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
1 ½ c old-fashioned rolled oats
½ c chopped dried cranberries, dried blueberries and/or dried cherries
¼ c sliced almonds
1 tbsp all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-by-11-inch pan with wax paper.
2.Coat well with cooking spray
3. Whisk egg, egg white, sugar, oil, cinnamon, almond extract and vanilla extract in a large bowl
4. Stir in oats, dried fruits, almonds and flour. Spread in prepared pan.
5. Bake until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool; cut into bars with a lightly oiled knife.
