The Exercise Library

     The exercise library in this section of the website contains over 400 exercises in it's database. Each exercise has it's own text and video so users can thoroughly understand the correct form. Furthermore, exercises are easily located by body part worked to simplify the library use. Categories include Arms, Chest, Back,  Legs, Core, Shoulders, Full Body, Stretches, Equipment, and Plyometrics. While many of these are self explanatory, it is important to note that the Core section is dedicated to lower back and abdominal exercises, Full Body contains many multi-joint movements that are non-specific to one area of the body, and the Plyometrics section contains many dynamic and explosive power building movements. While all the workouts (within the Workout section of the website) directly link the exercises in the routines to the library, users can also go to this section and browse the library for new ideas to implement into their own routines.
