DIRECTIONS
1) Heat large skillet and 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
2) Coat chicken together with 1 tbsp olive oil and the italian seasoning

Raspberry Spinach Salad with Shallot Vinaigrette
Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl and set aside.
Whisk chicken broth, oil, vinegar, and Dijon in medium bowl.
Add minced shallots and parsley and stir until combined.

Vegetable Pasta
DIRECTIONS:
1) Start boiling salted water on stovetop over high heat. Add pasta when ready and cook 9 minutes.
2) Heat olive oil over med-high heat.
3) Add garlic, asparagus and onion and sauté 3 minutes.
4) Add tomatoes, zucchini and squash.
